My Evo X has been stolen guys - help!!! Victoria

Postby EvoxMan » Thu Nov 19, 2015 7:21 pm

Hey everyone

Sad post but my evo x has been stolen - with only two sittings of it in two weeks now in the South East Melbourne suburbs.

I'm so devastated and calling for ppl to keep any eye out on the roads for my car!

It's an uncommon colour ... I've personally never seen the same colour in Victoria before... Someone some where may have seen it though?!

If anyone sees it pls let me know!

Dude that sucks hope you manage to get it resolved quickly.

Steve, easiest and most efficient way is smash a window, grab the keys off the kitchen bench, not many people keep their keys locked away, that's how my mates brothers skyline was stolen. My scooby would be an easy target, but my X keys live in my safe

Noticed, Steve wondering how EVO X could be stolen with all high tech: protection.
Apparently using high tech equipment.
They apparently have an instrument that scans through all combinations and then click!! No key needed, just press the button and off you go. :(

Hey all,

Thanks for your messages.

Hey Damir - Yes I work down that way so I drive up Thompsons Road etc a fair bit.... but definitely not in the last 2 weeks! So if you have seen it there recently - that could be a good lead? I live near Edithvale. It has previously been seen in the south east.

Ajjnr86, yeah you are right bro, My Keys have 100% disappeared. There have been a series of thefts in the South East where they see it parked then they come into your house at night and grab the keys. its absolutely sickening.

.....Take your keys to bed with you guys!

sorry to hear about this.

yeah don't keep your car keys in a bowl or on a table\rack near the garage or entry way.
first place would be thieves check.

unfortunately in most cases when it comes to security "if its easy for you then its easy for them"

Sorry to hear your terrible news mate.

On a side note... My keys are always in my pocket, so normally they're in the pocket of whatever pants I was wearing the day before, which are always just dumped on the floor right beside my bed... So not exactly a safe, but not an easy place to find them and steal them from!! :-)
