It's been over a year since I started this thread, but couldn't update much on anything about the car. So here goes...

My first batch of parts were a bunch of stuff damaged and missing in the car. Floor mats, a cracked foot rest and the reverse camera I was keen to install myself. I got the reverse cam and the harness from a wrecker, and the harness is too short and has been cut off from the MMCS end, so I need to either get a new harness or extend it with the proper pins so that I can plug it in. Still a pending job.

Got the parking brake grip as well because the one on the car was not in it's best condition:

Here's the reverse camera and harness:

Did a trip to Grampians VIC with a bunch of friends and the drive was amazing! The first drive worth mentioning about.

Installed RalliArt OEM scuff plates:

Blacked out the front grill:

Did a DIY seat heater installation:

I have made a post here with photos:

a used set powder coated charcoal grey. Loving them!

The car still has stock suspension and alignment. I got the wheels with used tyres which had about 50% tread in them, so I am still using them. They're 245/40R18 and I don't have significant rubbing of the wheels even when I have two passengers at the back. However, there was a bit of rubbing when I went over a speed bump once. Been careful ever since. Immediately after I put on the wheels, I noticed a significant amount of road noise which I am guessing is due to the old tyres (I think the tyres have been sitting somewhere for a long time and the rubber is a bit brittle). Have any of you guys had road noise similar to this after switching from stock rims to ones that have a lower offset (stock RalliArt rims are +46 and 7" wide while the BBS ones are +38 and 8.5" wide).
Painted the engine cover red:

Planning on painting the calipers in red as well soon.
