A little confused here lol
Had my car service yesterday bought her new in 2011
Done just over 48 K and they did 60 or 65 k service .
Issues with the fuel injection and throttle box full of carbon unbeknown to me .
The dealer did call me and tell me they serviced cleaned and changed them( i think changed )
Any way they gave me a bottle of injector cleaner to put in with my next full tank . Says on the docket they already added it as well .
This is the only issue ive had should i buy more additive and if so how often do you add to a tank
Thank you in advance

no, its a con, delicate art of seperating us from our hard earned, the petrols these days are very clean, if your concerned use 98, its the cleanest.

Hey Lancer1993 I've done just over 48k in 4 years .
This is the first time I've had any issue I'm wondering if the dealer was taking me for a ride . Done now next time I'll get an expert check it out before I do anything .
I just wonder they keep doing services thousands of Kay's ahead of time .
Lesson learnt I've been done before caught me on a bad day
One more warranty service to go
This time throttle service and injectors
Haven't been to n the country for 3 years so you'd think if it was fuel it would have been picked up earlier
As I said lesson learned
Next time I'll get any issues checked by a specialist

true that .
Dont do a lot of K's just drive around Adelaide i go fishing and thats like 10 to 20min drive . just like footy season 30 mins max
I'm over 50 kids say i drive like a grandpa lmao
Do notice the longer the journey the better the fuel consumption when i had a lady friend in halls gap the fuel consumption was a lot better by 200ks
Had to ask the question though

I'm going to have to agree with Steve here (and disagree with you Craig), whilst NA may not require 98 to run you're getting more mileage out of the tank AND having to not worry about dirty injectors and other faults that may occur from using 91 or similar fuel over a long period of time. Speak to any tuner they'll agree.
