Don't forget to fill up the car today or tomorrow as Premier Bitch Bligh removes the 8c a litre fuel excise as of July 1st. The fillup will only last a week or two for most of us, but at least you can save around the $4-5 mark to start with. Get in early, the pumps will be backed up with people doing the same.

That sux, that means you guys will be paying what we pay in NSW.

on a side note`
We have an independent here in Sydney that fairly often drops the the price of fuel to 50c a litre for half a day to show how much the big oil companies are ripping us off!!!

people drive from everywhere to get the savings, one bloke even drove from Canberra(300kms away) only to get there and find out that it was for only unleaded, and he had a diesel....lol.
but they still gave him diesel for 99c....because they felt sorry for him.
its good that there are some good people out there.

its just amazing how much the price fluctuates every week.
its total BS and we are all getting ripped off.
Now QLD have joined the party....i feel sorry for you guys!!

We always paid close to NSW price here in Brisbane. It was NEVER 8.3c cheaper like it was meant to be.

Petrol price doesn't bother me at all. I only ever put in $20 so I'm all good :P
