Hi guys first time I've logged in in ages...

I think Aaron replaced his GTR with a GTI :P (don't tell him but I think his GTR was faster than my car)

I just got my exhaust done today! Invidia headers-back, puts the old greddy muffler on my lancer to shame :P possible I'll get a engine light but most people don't, fingers crossed.
Wondering what the neighbours will think of me starting it at 6.30am

Hope you're all doing well even though the cruise scene has died over here :)

Yeah the WA section has died since Rahul, Matt, you, Graham, Adrian and I left :( I actually spotted Adrian at Krispy Kreme the other night but I don't think he saw me :P

My GTI will still beat you :D Gotta get out on a cruise with you sometime to hear that exhaust

How the hell am I still a moderator?!

Hope all you guys are doing well.
I still visit the site often and still love my Lancer, just don't get to drive it enough. still looks like new after 7.5yrs!!

Saw this on a bumper sticker, cracks me up every time I think about it!!

" I am a veterinarian therefore I can drive like an animal.
Suddenly I realized how many gynecologists there are on the roads!"

Take care, drive safe, watch out for those described above!!

Good to hear you still have your Lancer! What do you drive daily if not the Lancer?

I still log in every now and then to see what's going on :)

Good good, got new two-piece rotors and pads on the way (my front rotors are crazy-warped) and front+back swaybars

I'm trying to DIY it all, apparently the sway bars are easier to do on the 370 than on CJ's :)

Doing anything to the GTI or is your 'grown-up' car? :P

All cosmetic mods so far, like black badges, LED interior and license plate lights, GTI badge inserts in the seats, GTI scuff plates etc. You thought my lancer license plate lights were bright? The ones I got for the GTI are next level. Wayyyyy too bright, going to get some tint offcuts and stick them onto the lights.

Going to get AWE downpipe and catback exhaust soon. Should sound like this:

And I've just bought these wheels, VMR V701:

Wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 3s :)

Just a matter of finding the right wheel bolts now. VW have stupidly designed the car with bolts instead of stud/nuts like on jap cars.

EDIT: Also for anyone interested I have organised a CCJ WA "Reunion cruise" since we haven't seen each other for a while. Anyone is welcome to come (old member or new) and in any car they like. Please PM me for details if you are interested!

Haha can't think of much cosmetic stuff for my car :( they tend to look riced the moment you change anything (black roof for eg)

Those wheels look good! What size did you get?

You can fit 20x10.5s on the back of my car. Theres an insane number to choose from so I've been putting it off

Yeah wheels and lowering for a 370 is probably all you need! They look so good already

I got 18x8.5 +45. Apparently it's the perfect fitment for a golf ;)

If I had a Jap car I'd get Enkei RPF1 (I know it's a 350Z but it's similar enough)

Or CE28N

Love love love dem rims :D Probably leaning more towards the CE28s

Yeah those are what I think of as more typical 'tuner' wheels, but you can also fit high concave wheels and even dish wheels (ew) because they're so wide.

An example:

But wheels like that are often made by boutique companies and cost completely insane $$$.

I think I should just pick from one of the major brands but its so harddd
