Try castrol next time. Comes in 20l drums and around 350 mark

Fair enough. Im doing oil change every 10k so going big drums works out cheaper for me.

ok, i only do it bout 45kk, i dont push the car, the last one i did was at about 55kk and the fluid was still clean

Indeed not driving hard enough. My oil after 7k was just turning black. Mates oil after 30k was black as it gets. Plus the feeling of sst on fresh fluid is just amazing.

agree there,

i have an 09 RA and i was getting hill start shudder and clutch rattles, mitsu didnt want to know about so i put the SS/LC flash on it and changed the oil.

i dont know which one fixed the problem but i think both helped, now its very well behaved :)

Mostly the oil I'd say. If you can get someone to do teachin on your sst it would improve shifting even better.

beeble has played with clutch ramps and that but as far as i know no one has cracked the SST code yet other than overloading an EVO file on a RA one.

i blame mitsu for all the RA gearbox problems, i think they got getrag to soften the clutch grab which wasnt a good idea :(

but to date, it feels great :)
