What did you do on your car today?

Bought new rims! well got a set of 18"s with tyres with decent amount of tread left for $150

Managed to get one on before quitting on the rest xD Couldn't get the nuts to loosen

So off to Bob Jane or somewhere tomorrow to have them put on and get a wheel alignment xD

Needless to say, I'm thrilled, best $150 I've ever spent, according to Bob Jayne, they have 90% tread left on them too

Going from 16's to 18's has made a huge impact on my car! :3 I've noticed there is barely any road noise, and the ride feels so much more comfortable, even though it's low profile tyres xD!

I got them off Gumtree

Posted an ad saying I was looking for a set, guy had a set he wanted to get rid of because his wifey bought a new set with gold on them or something, so he said he would sell them to me for $150 xD I cannot complain about that at all xD

Especially considering there is a set of 16"s from an ES sport going for 400 in tassie xD

Gave my baby a much needed wash, first since the big wash and wax and yes the waxing did help, felt much quicker this time around. Also vacuumed the carpets.

Even cleaned inside the wheels, lucky I have stock brakes so plenty of room to get in there.

Anyone know the best way to clean around the badges especially the tiny MIVEC ones under the side indicators?

Scored a Genuine Mitsubishi Dashmat off Gumtree for $30~!

Also gave my rims a well deserved clean and car a wash xD Although I'm starting to feel like it's pointless trying to keep it clean with Winter coming
