Well then thats just your opinion then. But Some people dont buy cars to go 21312321321km/h round a corner, they'd rather do it comfortabley and in style. Dont get me wrong the evo 8 is a good looking car but they will soon be getting to the point of where the old lancers are, everyone has one and there will be nothing unique about it. The amount of old lancers i see rollin around my place with massive wheels bob jane cheapies and huge exhausts is bloody stupid. Id rather own a car that is unique to me. But im sure you would have a problem with that opinion aswell.

Settle down tiger, no need to get defensive.

No one said anything about going around corners fast, or big wheels. Maybe they think their cars are unique to them. It's okay for your car to have big stupid wheels as it's unique to you, why not them? Simply because you have the latest generation lancer? That's hardly fair.

Those who live in glass houses shoudn't throw stones ;)

Im just using the old one as an example, same thing happens with commodores n shiz, when have you ever seen a unique commodore that you actually walk past n think, damn that looks good. im talking the late 90's early 00's modles. Just everyone has one. I know one day everyone will have our style lancers but that aint going to be for another 10 years

In 6 or 7 years time when they change the shape again, everyone with a CJ will be "out of date" and "not unique" anymore. These cars will be cheap and big wheels and exhausts will be the rage (as the CE and CH are at the moment) Horses for courses....Who gives a sh*t what other people think. If you own the car, then your opinion is the only one that matters.

Yeah but do you see many of those running around the streets? I dont think so. You see these cars with stock body kits on it, stockies at the back and 20" chromies at the front so they can whip some fully sick burnouts in front of their fully sick mates. I laugh everytime i see cars like that coz they think their all cool with their 1980 VL turbo with one hand on the steering wheel at the seat as far as possible to the back of the car.

The car you've posted the've obviously put money and time into that. Everyone buys commodores because their RWD and cheap. Thats what annoys me about them.

Like Azza said who really gives a shit? Let them do their thing, and you can do your thing. They probably think the same way about you.

And that car came that way. It's a Walkinshaw. How any Australian can not know that is beyond me.
