Is it legal to run with that front tow hook in place?

I have a VRX with the pods which I understand can be removed, would you do this to add a front lip or can you get just the middle bit.

I've tried different search options what should I use to find the type I need and get an idea on cost.

I'm a long way off doing the front splitter, was just wondering if the center bit is and add on for the VRX with pods or if you need to replace the pods with a single lower bit that wraps the whole bumper?

Been told I need to fix up the CC coupe and sell it before I can spend money on the CJ.

Never had a problem with the front tow hook on mine, which has been on the car 4.5yrs. Never had a problem with my rear one either

Wonder if because its not poking out, so unlikely to cause extra harm if you hit some one or something?

So no ones tried to tow your car using the handy tow point LOL
