asc - speed sensor - service required

Hi there just wondering if anyone may know what id be up for from a dealer to fix my asc ?

My car is 2008 VR model and is no longer under warranty.
it has service required displayed on the dash. if its the speed sensors does anyone know how much they cost for a set ?

The USA list price for each sensor is $300. So it will be plenty more over here

Mine went off like that when I changed the tail lights out, faulty wiring harness did it. Check all yr globes etc

The air flow sensor can set a asc light check its clean and air filter. And as darren side check globels and for broken or damage wiring on all wheel sensors. If nothing try unplug battery for 10mins and set if it returns if it clears. My be a hickup.

It seems to affect many lancers and outlanders of this age group, if the fault clears by turning the car of and then on, then it's nothing

It could be at battery dyling but in that cause he will have symptons of low cranks. You will start having issues if battery is about 9v or below. Have u been to a garage to get the code? I will look in it on the mitsubishi 2008 service manual on what it is.

Did it first appear while you was driving or 5sec after a startup?

its not the battery because i just got a bran new one the other day the asc light is always on
