That makes 15 - 2 - 1(Evo 8 ) = 12. Unfortunately JP (3mPty) has to leave early, followed by Mitch, however the answer is 12. Pictures at "the developers"

Thanks- I was asking more because plates aren't blurred in the pics above. So far I've left absolutely no trace of my car's real plates on any public forums so was hoping redlancer will blur it and reupload.

That's Ozie's ride. In view, there are 4 X-Factor Mods: Evo X Wing, Vortex Generator, Window Visors & Folding mirrors.
The other mod is the side fender vent provided by Scorpion.
There is a trick question here, you'd need to look really carefully at Ozie's side skirt where he has a side spat vinyl. Though I have no idea where he got those... .

Further there is a blue VG on the ride next to ozie's... .
That makes 5 X-Factor Mods.
