+1! Penrite HPR5 5W-40 :)

I sometimes pickup Castrol Edge 5W-30 if its on special & use it for the winter months.

+1
Knox Mitty used that for my RA service - i guess i should have expected it seeing they have a massive Penrite sign at the front of their workshop
HPR5 and nothing else

if i had all the time in the world and I would use Mobil1 0-40, but i dont have the connections to make that purchase an affordable one ($99.95 Retail or 20% less during autochain sales) - so going HPR5 + Oz owned makes sense

In the Castrol website, it says that Magnatec 5W-30 is fully synthetic while the other grades are semi-synthetic. I hope this is accurate info.

Wow, isn't that too thick for a new car? And it doesn't sound synthetic at all.

Are they the same owner as Chaddy Mits?
As a stealership, they SHOULD NOT be using Megnatec IMO...

Magnetic Pro is what dealers use, it's a full synthetic oil.

It is not the same as consumer 'magnetic' available from Supercheap, et al.
