Welcome, if U just want a general service do it yourself, just buy the oil and oil filter. There is only 5 bolts that need to be undone on the plastic underneath, which gives you access to the oil filter and sump plug. And you shouldn't need a new air filter just give it a good shake if you don't have a compressor, if you do, then just use an air gun on it. If you want to take your car to mechanics maybe post here what the issue is, as member are well versed when it comes to issues with the cj.

The scary part is going to be stumping up for the sst fluid change. What's the interval on that again?
