Just an idea but you might need to drill stop that crack before I travels much further if your intending to repair this dump.

Impossible to drill when its still on the car. Ill be tsking it out saturday and have it welded on monday

I meant to ask you on the cruise Brett, what the service schedule on the MY14? I've heard it's been changed to every 10,000km whereas mine in 7,500.

Re-fitted the dump pipe back on after having the crack repaired . Need to buy some heat wrap and some new gaskets next weekend. Suprise how easy it was to remove.
