Hey Alan,
We really need to get at least ten cars on 'display' to make the club look even slightly of interest - can we rope in some of the guys who are doing the Wivenhoe run to join?

I'm not sure if I can make it, but I'll definitely chip in the $10 just in case...

Anyone from south side or GC coming to this thing?

Are we expected to represent the club in any way? (bring camp chairs, drinks, snax etc.?).

Never done one of these - not sure whats expected...

Zaphod, to answer your question, a lot of clubs walked around and then sat on camp chairs last year, I'm unsure if Clubcj has any guidelines etc etc to stick by at car shows etc etc

I fully agree it would be nice for 10+ cars, but we have to start somewhere. i'll try my best on the weekend to get any many ppl as I can to this show.

Yes I recommend bringing a camp chair along, i'll bring the gazbo and esky.

Once we have all the cars parked together i'll put up the CCj banner and i'll have CCj business cards we can leave on the cars for ppl to take. You are free to wonder around and do as you please.

Yeah

I was just think the same thing about sport back representation and a RA at that too!

Ok team we are really doing to have to shine and polish our beasts up if Peter is coming in his RA. Hands down he will claim cleanest CJ on the day ;-P
