just a warning if u r going to change your hood.
orginal hoods bend and can act as a sheild when in a crash to a degree
but aftermarket hoods can snap and sheer off and become somthing or a danger to the driver and others on the road just a thought if u are going to replace your hood with a aftermarket one..

Be carefull what kind of scoop you get though. If its suttle, it will work, but dont get some fullay sick NFS mongoose hood. Uber rice.
You want it to actually do something? like are you going to cut into your hood and respray your hood and everything?
Its a bit pricey.
Id honestly just go OEM and get a RA or EVO hood.
Pretty sure their the same thing but yeah lol

Tadz's put it right. No point doing the hard yards yourself.
In this case just get one with the hoods already.
Everyone knows that I've been offering people a chance at this:
But I'd say Just wait for Shadow's Evo hood. No alignment problems, no color matching problems...nothing. Just a quality product.
I know I am... . *twiddles thumbs*

Now that i think about it the CAI would of been better at the time. I will probably catch some flack for this but. In colder weather, like in the morning, after the car has warmed up a bit and i give it a quick squirt, i do notice some increase. Aint that much, but its there.
Probably not worth the $400 price tag but im still happy. Dresses up the engine bay and it makes it look like i know what im talking about lol.
