I called AEM, they have had no stock issues within the last month or even now. So I sent him an email saying that they are ready to ship now and that I will cancel the order if I do not get a tracking number and a deliver date before the 18th, as AEM can send it here before the 14th haha. There service is terrible. Car mods would of been easier even if it was $50 more

The guy gave me the same story - there is 3 shipping containers of stuff there that they are trying to get through. Now maybe its all just a big series of unfortunate events, maybe its all just BS. I dont know - bottom line is if any of it is true, they should have AT LEAST put some kind of message up to notify customers they were away. It still doesnt excuse their woeful delivery time and customer service however. Well see what happens over the course of the week. The bank should be calling me towards the end of this week or early next week. The saga continues...

"Hi Aamir,
We have one in stock at the moment but we plan to get more next week.
There will be no problems in regards to fitment as I've done it before for a
hatch back and a sedan and the exhaust fits up perfectly.
Let me know and I can get one put aside for you.

Did you ask for the CP-E exhaust for the Ralliart? What a f&*king crock! I called them today and said where is it, got a different guy on the phone (Daniel) and he said he was going to the warehouse this afternoon but didn't know if any Ralliart stuff was there!

O m g I got the exact same story. I went crazy at Aaron when he told Me he had health problems and deaths and the whole debacle of shipping container crap. Kinda wish I did a post only experience when it happened to me to shine light on them.!

WOW - seems they pull the same kind of story out all the bloody time, what a bunch of shady characters. I mean I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe their family member did pass away, but if they are telling you the same thing well its a bit too much of a coincidence. They have also stopped saying MPS Garage when you call, just 'hello'. I'm also wondering if I'm actually talking to the same person but they keep saying a different name...

^^Must be the CPE exhaust cause thats the only one they have listed on their website. This what what I sent them via email:
"Hi I'm interested in the special you have going for the ralliart exhaust.
Do you still have them in stock and will it fit a ralliart sportsback without any issues?"

I'm now going to reply and ask if pick up is possible?

"Hi Aamir,
Yes this is a CPE exhaust, that is the only exhaust we have for Raliarts.
Shipping would be $55 to your location, or we have a pickup option.

Nick so its confirmed that they do have it in stock. Why dont you rock up to their warehouse and pick it up?

I have ordered the gear and paid for it, but am waiting for delivery, seeing that I haven’t been at work to accept delivery, I have to chase up where things are at. This is my first day back, so please bear with me as I sort this out.

That was the reply I got after I told them that I called AEM themselves and that they have has no stock allocation issues haha. NOW GIVE ME MY INTAKE!

I am there right now. So apparently both ppl who work there had family die. Ok like I said that's fine. But you should leave a note to customers. Doesn't look I'll get it today. Apparently the guy has gone to pick up stock from the warehouse. But he can't be contacted. Why am I surprised.

Well I remember from my
Emails. Daniel was the guy in charge of ordering and dispatch and Aaron was the owner of mps.

I find it interesting to that when I called back when I was having problems and got hold of Aaron, they receive all there goods at the place where I called. So I call b/s on him "getting stock" it seems like another story.
