And I'm same with accommodation, I went to GC a few years back as mentioned.. I don't know where it was but there was a big camping area close to the theme parks that was really nice.. Wouldn't mind staying there again to be honest..

While camping would be a good, cheap idea it will be coming up to winter in April which means sleeping out in the open in tents will still be cold. Maybe not for all you southerners, but for me SE QLD is cold around that time

ive slept under a tarp in winter in Canberra, so I doubt it would be cold, and just wear thermals or ur clothes if u feel cold

Thinking of maybe coming with Kayla, depending if I can get time off work over Easter as we ain't supposed to book time off around this time, see what I can do!

Although if we come we will be flying up and most likely hiring a car for the weekend and I ain't camping!

Was going to find out last week sorry but my manager has been off sick the last few days so I haven't been able to find out yet, only really thought about going since last Wednesday or Thursday. So hopefully I will be able to find out tomorrow if I can get leave for the easter weekend, see what happens!

Hoping to maybe come up a day or 2 early and spend a day or 2 afterwards in QLD too!

u guys are all soft, ever since I was 5 till about 16 we went camping in winter, and it was never bad
