Got a hold of him. The paint work on the original one was bad, so they said they aren't liable for that. Ive got to send it back (pay postage) and they will send one primed

Yeh they continue on with the crap that they are mould markings not cracks. I swear im going crazzzzzzy!!
But I can't really report them to DOFT if they have organised to replace it. They are just gonna rub the original back and resell it they said. Now I have to pay to get it painted again.
They pay for postage here though

Yeh. I mean... he said we just had to sand it back.... then prime it then paint. No mention of high filling or anything

Still have the old one at concord customs waiting to be sent.., he hasn't answered my texts- he has also left the company...said he would send one this week but who knows..

The guy who did my exhausts didnt finish them - he said "there is no point jigging around with it if i am going to have to fix it all up"....but we didn't realise that it would take this long....

My exhausts are so pingy and wonky...it is so embarrassing!!!

I probably wouldn't have painted and fitted the damaged unit if I was unhappy with it; but it's good that you took photos prior to any work on it.
I hope the new unit will serve you will without any 'mould markings' >.<

What a load of bulls##t! Ring up the ACCC first thing tomorrow and get the ball rolling... you've wasted enough of your time on this and even from my point of view it sickens me...
