Pretty much.
With new Mitsubishi Cars the servicing intervals are 12 months or 15,000km, whichever comes first. I just had my 1,500 done and had a sticker saying to come back at 7,500. Thats known as an interm service. Not required to comply with your warranty or roadside assistance, but not bad if you want to keep the car ship shape or tend to drive it a bit hard like I do
***** ALERT - Nominations for your new ClubCJ Committee can be made here *****
1,500 complimentary service - what to expect?

First service is meant to be an opportunity for you to raise any concerns you have, as well as for them to check over to make sure things are running in properly, that is isn't using oil or melting wires or anything.
Eg, when my car was new it would wander to one side when the wheel was held centre. They straightened it for free.
