Tom the sunroof is not an option on the lancers anymore. It was an option for the higher spec models, vrx, aspire, evo...
Not sure on the exact year when they stopped them and don't know why.
So unfortunately if u want OEM u will have to go for an older lancer.
Also as someone has mentioned above, with the sunroof the cars didn't have the lights in the middle of the roof. Although some have installed these lights behind the sunroof.

Simon my brothers vrx has a sunroof without the centre light
1998 MR lancer

Ah okay. Well I'll probably leave it then. I think it would've been awesome to have one :(.
