Premium number plates are slim, lightweight, white number plates with black lettering. They have a small number plate (83mm x 372mm) for the front of the vehicle and a larger number plate (106mm x 372mm) for the rear. Premium number plates do not detract from your vehicle's aerodynamics.
Maybe cos you were looking for them as slimline plates. Many people call them that, even though the RTA call them 'premium plates'.

is legal to putt your number plate under the front nose? or side (like the evo x)?
It is not legal to have it on the side, unless it is parallel with the front axle. There is more info on this, with pictures and quotes from the ADRs in another thread.
Somehow (perhaps by an approved exemption) Alfa Romeo cars seem to get angled plates on the front.

just my 2c,
Ive done the same on my skyline(placed the plate on the side not the center).
Ive used a kind of adapter plate to fix it to the front bar, and also space it out so it is level and forward facing.
Unfortunately i've had the pleasure of going through the pits and various RTA/EPA/highway patrol inspections, and i've never had anyone even mention the plate to me, and thats with some picky bastards going over the car too.
As long as facing forward and the right angle(as per RTA guidelines), its legal.

As I keep saying. Go look at an Alfa. It contravenes the law then. the plate is even bent to fit the contour.

As I said in the previous post of mine ofey,
Alfa must have an ADR exemption. This is possible to get, but it is probably not possible my regular people, only manufacturers I'd say. And they would have to show the reasonings and provide data that shows it does not endanger or become a hazard et al
