Hi all. Unfortunately, I'm only here for a good time not a long time. I'm replying to a question I saw on Google. I don't own a CJ, but have driven hundreds of them.

Does it have to be a CJ, or can I get a Chrysler Lancer?

(WTTC)

Interesting to see why you joined the site. How did you know about that dealership and the court date?

Let's just say I have "inside information"

TrojanHorse wrote:CJ Is the model code here in Oz Rusty. The model codes depend on year/shape, 2008+ is the CJ model/shape Lancer, before that was the CH and they go down from there although I think some letters were skipped, like I dont think there was a CF (dont quote me on that though!), although I think there was a CE kinda thing.

You are correct. There is no CF, but there is a CE. I like your terminology there, when you said, there's a CJ and a CH and they go down from there. Although I would've used downhill rather than down.

Thanks for theCJ explanation = it was one of those kid-at-back-of-the-class-afraid-to-put-his-hand-up questions :D
