I Recently did some clothing for a local car group im in, in Canberra.

"RusHHouR"

Image

They were a 2 sided Screen print, matching prints on each side. An individual screen at my local place is $120, the easiest way for getting usernames would be an iron on transfer which would still be good quality but a hell of alot cheaper.

Would anyone be interested in a graphic of a car with a logo?

Due to copyright infringements etc, i could happily do the graphics :)

My work....

Each colour requires a different screen so basic prints are the best, stick to 1-2 colours for each design to save costs.

Ill work out some designs as soon as possible.

LoL are you sure Steve... Only difference in the actual font that I can spot is the 'J'... other than that obviously the club cj logo is in italic and has an effect that makes the centre opaque...

The R32 looks sweet... keen to see an EvoX done in a line drawing :D

Some line drawings of a CJ/Evo would be good.

I also like Jordain's designs too. Damir's is nice and simple.

Maybe something like Jordain's design on the back? Big and loud
and something a little simple and less busy on the front, like Tim's or Damir's?

ofey wrote:IMHO, So far the designs are too OTT. If anyone needs design pointers, look for Mitsubishi Accessory catalogues in Japan.

Linky to the PDFs or site you are referring to?
Had a look at the Mitsu Japan sites for both the Lancer and Evo and all it had was accessories/parts no apparel. :(

Anyone else have design contributions, we really should start wrapping this up real soon now and put it to a vote. Hopefully I'll have some firm pricing later this week or over the weekend. Unfortunately I was unable to site visit and physically check merchandise quality as my Wednesday got wiped out last week. I'm night shifting this week so I want to make site visits this week at some time.

That might be possible. I'll check with a few of the possible suppliers, I'm not sure if it will kill of any "bulk" discounts.
Most printers offer discounts based on volume.
So say order 30-40 garments they give, say 20% off
Order only 15 and they give 10%.
Not sure if splitting the designs, if the count the total garments in an order and apply the percentage discount or it based on per design.

Here is a mock up of a design just to give an idea what it might look like.

Any more design ideas? I think Dirtee was gonna pop some up. I really want to conclude this real soon now...

I like the design below, too many gradients of "colour" i.e. shades of grey for the cars. Apparently that is going to jack the cost up, as they need to design a screen for each colour variation, so if they were to whittle it down to 4 screens (3 colours, plus the base) it would be getting to silly prices for a hoodie. Perhaps a line-art version of it, something along what Dirtee put up?

I take no credit. Wasn't my idea. I just mocked it up on a hoodie. Credit's due to Jordain...
