Excellent to see this scumbag has been charged, but with the lax "justice"system in qld he will probably never have to pay a cent in repairs, or spend 1 night in jail

Is the system that bad up there? I do believe that this is a far worse crime than speeding, but it seems that the latter is being penalised more.

More money in fining speeders than paying for people to be held in prison
