I just called 3 dealers in sydney and they told me you can only get them unpainted and the prices ranged from $430 to $943!
I've read that people have bought them from dealers painted for less than that and just wanted to know what dealer they were from and if possible the part number for them in D06 lightning blue.
Thanks.

When I got Mitsu Parts to order my side skirts it had to be ordered from Sydney and shipped to Brisbane. Cost was only $430'ish. He said that it only came in White (W37) and if I wanted a different colour it was extra. So glad my car is white.
I'm sure there's a bunch of wreckers that would have Blue skirts for you. Or just ebay yourself some cheap skirts $190'ish and get them painted. Would cost you about the same from Mitsu Parts, but would at least be in your colour.
All the best, hope you find one. ^_^

Yeah the wreckers is a great place to start, going to be searching for a lip or spoiler soon

I recently had to replace one after hitting a truck mudflap lying on a freeway. It had a metal attachment that put a slice through the skirt about 200mm long.
$490 + GST, unpainted. That was the price quoted by a dealer's spare parts section, and the same quoted by a crash repairer. I don't know what colour they come unpainted.
In addition to skirts improving the appearance of the car, in my case if I hadn't had a skirt, the damage to the lower panel and door would have been considerably more expensive to repair
