The neons themselves are relatively easy to wire up, me and my mate just used an existing 12v source, we think it was the traction control or something so they run off a fuse as well.
But the most common method is just wire to the battery and feed through a grommet in the firewall

How did u get rid of that dip?
maybe to bring spool up back few hundred rpm is to raise the boost?
