7" dvd sat nav headunit (recent gb type) canbus unit x

The only part of a Cj lancer that is canbus is the security system. I've adapted Aftermarket stereos into cj's plenty of times and never needed canbus. Even had aftermarket unit running rf sub with no canbus adaptor.

I never understand why everyone has to argue and try to prove the other person wrong... Everyone likes to put their two cents in for everything and confuse everyone...
If people read the title it is for one particular head unit... Yes others may have fiddle with other things and may or may never need a canbus for anythin but this model is unique and needs one... Just because it hasn't been used anywhere else on any other vehicle doesnt mean this is the same!!
I don't want to look like I'm directing this at one person... This is more of a general thing and happens on most other threads... If one person says one thing (it's sunny) and another person says its not then its just going to be a repetitive shit fight that everyone else has to read!!!
