Mt Ousley is ok, but I think there is a speed camera on it now? Not to mention all the cops you see there.
Better, and more challenging one is Mt Keira. I lived in the Gong for 5 yrs and used to ride bikes. Mt Keira was good as it was close to home. Can be a bit dangerous though - its narrow, and quite bumpy in places. I almost got taken out by an ElGas truck coming around a bend once, another time by a Land Cruiser towing a boat, and a joey almost jumped under my front wheel once while cranked over. Just be careful on the bind corners - people like to take up the whole road as its narrow.
Agree with Chopa - in the bike club we used to do 'the loop' quite often.
Goes Wollongong -> Macquarie Pass (up)-> Robertson Pie Shop (hmmm coffee and pies!) -> kangaroo valley (down) -> Kiama Bends (yeeeew!) -> back through Jamberoo (my favourite part) -> home
About 200km round trip.
Putty road going up from Windsor to Singleton is great as well, especially the last bit coming into Singleton where it says "Motorcycle speed enforcement zone" - mostly 35km/h-55km/h stuff, nice and tight. My front tyres were looking a bit chewed after I went there 2 weeks ago.
Kings Highway from Braidwood to Batemans Bay also not bad. A bit too bumpy on the moto, but is ok in the car. Watch out for black ice in winter, and crazy cow boys doing 150+ in their 4wds!
