Naw hahaha lol I tried to use preset shapes to make it neater but nothing fit right so it was down to zooming in and squinting in order to try and get the outline good

i like number one. theres a member on here who has it done to his red lancer, looks very nice! theres a few commodores round here too that have those stripes.
i was thinking of doing that to my bonnet, but i now have a ralliart bonnet so duno how it would go with the vents.

His aren't stripes. His bonnet protector and headlight covers are black.

I'm thinking of painting instead of vinyl. I'm not sure how vinyl will react to years of being out in the weather and the heat from the engine.

But mine will be painted...so it should be glossy.

I like stripes, but I'm not a fan of the holden stripes on a lancer...

I like the style above, but its very stricking, not sure if its 'too' eyecatching...

i like the one above. its different. Speaking of eye catching... to me it makes the car look more like a face. It seems like its giving it an almost angry face. sort of like a japanese anime character

Perhaps a"Winged Tip" eyeliner for the car (yes I had to google it to find what to call these things!).

I'd try to accentuate the rounded curves of the CJ bonnet more if you were going to choose stripes similar to Dragans'. The sides and boot shouldn't miss out on a design too :)

The site I linked above lets you choose stripes similar to option 1. Except it also has thin stripes that continue down the side

I wouldn't continue the stripes down the boot...but stop on the top of it. I'd still prefer Dragan's stripes...but I've warmed up to the other ideas. The colour of the lancer's below...well the site said white but they look silver hahaha. The last 2 are probably going to be a bit on the more expensive side (I'd probably just buy a black boot and bonnet..and get the silver painted on)

I think the RA bumper is very slightly different at the top than the standard one.

Not a problem if you're painting it though :) just might be if someone bought a vinyl kit that follows the bonnet lines right to the grille...

Yeh it may be. But I'm unsure about the durability of vinyl...and if it does start to peel off after a while or I needed to take it off I'd be worried at what I'd find underneath :p
