Alexa (Ripflare) bought her car from there I believe. I can't recall any issues that she had from them and she purchased an SX.

Alexa does go there and gets top service too, it's just the way this team operates.
Yet as a RA owner I took my car to Eagers Breaky Creek for service where I brought it from on the advice from salesman who owned a Evo 9 who said that mechanics where great and was bitterly disappointed with service. i got half completed job and this was after I spoke to service adviser nicely before car went in to advise it was my first brand new car, first time someone else had worked on my car so i was a little nervous, told them I would be checking work as my partner was mechanic. I don't think they did anything but loosen my battery terminals and overfill my oil (not great on a turbo car) everything else was half empty (washer bottle etc etc) and they left mess on drivers matt, and he wanted me to bring it back when I rang up lol you missed your chance buddy! I know these mechanics are pushed for time but when a customer clearly states they are going to check you would think adviser would tell mechanic to double check everything is spot on especially when its a new customer!!
Ian, Dion, Rob and Jade all understand our passion and love for our cars if you simply explain to them they actually listen and not just shrug it off.

ian and his team do a great job out there jade had a big problem and the hardest problem is diagnostics trying to find that problem they had jades car there for weeks and called in the top RA/EVO specialists also to take a look and in the end fixed the problem where other dealerships would most likely give up. i don't think matters what car you have they will take care of it these guys know we are car lovers and know we are in the car club and they take good care of us.
My little input
My car is due to a 90k service so about $1200.
Had a nice chat and basicly said sorry cant afford that, Dion came back with a sheet of paper and said tick what u want done and i'll get you a price. We agreed all the fluids must be changed so i ticked those and we came to a lower price.
The others things like checking brakes and all that odd shit is something i usaly do once every 2 weeks if not every sat when i clean my car.
Great guys
