RA OEM brake pads, NA OEM brake pads, or QFM brake pads?
Just wondering which pads, are best suited for NA lancer for street driving?

For street driving any pad that fits and is cheap will do.
OEM RA and OEM NA pads are the same.
They're just different sizes for the fronts.
IF you're using them with OEM callipers and rotors, the pads won't make much of a difference except in terms of dust generated.
Unless you go the whole nine yards and change the rotors and perhaps the callipers, then maybe going QFM might help. But for street driving, you don't need them.

The dot 4 fluid handles heat better before it boils and depending on the pad a "sports pad" will handle higher temps.

I found a significant difference coming down mount Ousley with HPX pads, dot 4 fluid and Braided lines. Far less fade toward teh bottom where you have to pull up for teh 80k speed camera. The dust issue, even with slotted rotors is far less than what I got with Bendix on non slotted rotors. The stock pads that came off, which I still have, looked to have melted and had bits and pieces hanging off the sides. If you have situations where long and hard brake applications are required, some form of upgrade is not a bad idea, of course if you don't have suspension to back it up, why bother
