Just putting this out ther but wouldnt it make more sense to meet south seeing as were heading south rather than north/central? Otherwise those of us living south have to go there to go back again. It would be like meeting south for the north ppl if we were going to the barossa kinda thing... My 2c

Colonnades carpark would make some sense.. if that isn't way too far south for some. There'd be plenty of space at the side where Dan Murphy's is.

I always have a point not much point writing without one! So the question is: where is a good spot? I think the Henley sailing club car park was a good one (think that was what it was called) the 1st meet I went on...

i agree with erin , its not too far for the northerners (i dont know how to get to Colonic aids ) lol and its good for the southerners

What about the O'Halloran Hill TAFE on Majors Rd O'Halloran Hill? According to Google's Street View it looks like it has a decent sized carpark out the front just off Major's Rd! It isn't far from Main South Rd either! Map: http://goo.gl/maps/00aLD

Any ideas of which way we are going, guessing the main drag? Probaly a good idea though to avoid the Southern Expressway due to the stupid speed limits in place for the duplication of the Southern Expressway! Also the cops are having a field day catching motorists for speeding with quite a few mobile radars hidden along the stretch of roadworks! Probaly a better idea to use Main South Rd even though the Southern Expressway will be going in the right direction for us! I know I will be using the slightly longer Main South Rd as I don't want to get caught speeding slightly over the speed limit due to their stupid speed limits that change all the time!

Henley Beach is quite far from South Rd though, a far way out the way considering we are going to Victor Harbor, the drive will already be long enough for me!
