I think the house sleeps 14 but that's with using every bed and the sofa lounge. The cottage sleeps 4. The house only has one toilet n bathroom, so it might be nice to get the cabin (depending on price) just to get a second bathroom n toilet

so i came back to adelaide just for you guys lol 
i got a text from the lady, i will put a deposit on the place tomorrow.
she said the total will be $540 for 10 people for 3 nights. i think we have 11 or 12 people now, and i know some r staying only 2 nights in stead of 3. i can easily enough just call the lady back n ask about pricing again, but will do it further on down the track in case more people come n stuff.
the cabin will be $100 each night, so thats $300 on top of the $540. i might book the cabin just in case we, but i can always cancel that if we dont need it, i think i have to give a bit of notice though but im sure they wont mind.
i will update the list of whos attending tomorrow n send out pms to those who r coming with details for ur deposit.
