Okie dokie I spoke to a very lovely lady this arvo about the no vew place. She said it can sleep up to 14 people. At this stage we have 11 people attending. The cabin sleeps 4 people but yeah that's extra. The house has a kitchen and 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. The cabin also has a kitchen, toilet n bathroom.
She said there's a bit of a yard out the back for a few tents if ppl want to camp. There's also a but if lawn out the front where u could put a tent.
Parking-they had 5 cars there over the wkend in the yard. But 2 cars were parked on the front lawn.
So...do we want this place? I have to ring her up again tomorrow to confirm everything. I will ask if they do a package for both house n cabin.
I have to put a deposit of $100. When it comes to everyone paying, I guess we will have to work it out when we get there. It all depends on how many people stay each night. Cos some will be 3 and some 2 nights. I will work out the costs for each night n u just pay for the nights u r there, if it turns out someone has paid too much, like with their deposit I will give u the difference back.

coolies. im excited. and i am actually enjoying this. it gives me something to do while im not working. i will make the booking tomorz n get back to everyone with deposit details.

Food-mark thanks. i duno how we r gona do this. should we just put a certain amount of money into a food kitty n do shopping once we get there or just everyone bring their own stuff n we all share each others.
do we do it as a roster/schedule thingo where we decide what we r doing for the meals each day, or just go with the flow. we have a kitchen n bbq at the house so its easy enough to cook breakfast each morning. mmmmm bacon n eggs n fresh bread
i know i ask this on the cruises, and the adelaide peeps r fine, but does anyone have any eating allergies/requests-vegan,glutin free, dairy free?
