Me and Jess dont care if were camping or housing, i might be able to bring a gazebo or something to set up at the campsite as itll be bloody cold down there at night, provided were near a pub or bottle-o.

Lol Luke, do they grow up at 1.5?

+1 on the Gazebo idea!

maybe we should look into the house with the cabin. im pretty sure that one is pet friendly (if needed). i can always ask them how much room there is for putting up tents.
as for sleeping arrangements...oscar i think u might be sleeping on ur own. nice try though :) most lounges in houses are fold out sofa beds and im pretty sure they had extra roll out beds, so we could probably stack a heaps of people in the lounge room, just means people will have to share the room. it all depends on how many people end up coming.
as for camping, i might bring my gear also. im sure we will have heaps of spare stuff for more people.
the gazebo is a good idea. i am looking into getting a towbar put on my car, so i can steal my mums trailer n take that with for all our stuff.
i wonder if i can go for a short holiday before this trip so i can check out the place...
i will also look into when the fire ban ends, cos it would be pretty cool if we could do a small bomfire! then it would be like real camping!

i like the idea that it has the cabin, that way we have more space if needed.

Our one is big and boistrous....massive tbh weighs nearish 40kgs, he's matured alot compared to a year ago and hes one of the best trained dogs ive ever come across (actually the in-laws family dog but i live there now) but hes still a puppy at heart and doesnt stop wanting to play.

The Gazebo has walls but its only 3x3 so would struggle to fit heaps of people into it.

The house idea is probably best but the most effective way would be a room of 4 bunks having 3 people stay in there pending how comfortable they will be and/or budget.
VRX 010.
Twin pipe 2 1/2" cat back mild steel exhaust with 4-2-1 Super Circut headers & a Talon Diffuser.
Front centre Vinyled & Chrome fog light rings.
Chrome Mirrors & Door handles.
OEM Lancer alloy gear knob & OEM Lancer Scuff Plates.
VRX Lancer Dash mat.
Lancer 3rd brake light.

Haha mine is an American lab weighing 21KG's ish. She's very bouncey and jumper and hyper LOL!

Yea I'm happy either way, I would like to camp, get a fire going and stuff but I guess the house would be good for comfort!

Hockay.

so my annual leave is approved so i will be attending.
Shannon I am thinking of taking initiative and booking the Baylev accommodation nowish.
Which means that there is still a double bed, 1 single bunk and a single bed floating around.

planning on arriving on the 18th-19th and leave Monday 22nd at the designated check out time. ( i effectively have 2 weeks off because of my shift pattern :D )

I am planning on bringing my bread maker + supplies so we can have fresh warm bread for breakfast each morning.

OMG fresh bread in the morning. im gona get so fat :) yay its cool that you can get time off daniel.
we were thinking of going with the 'no vew' place as it has a cabin out the back if we get more people. maybe i can give em a call tomorrow n see if i can find out any more info on the place, like enough space for tents for those who want to camp and also parking space.

Thanks Shannon, I'm on night shifts so I sleep during the day now
I'm assuming that the "no vew" is quite large having read it again.

4 bedrooms-3 queen, 1 single bunk. There is also a Cabin out the back, which has 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 fold out sofa.

so assuming we play tetris right and get the couples to occupy the double\queens.
we can fit 4 members and their respective +1's
I'm assuming there are two bunk beds (4 people)
and finally the sofa (1 person).

That's a total of 13 people in this house without taking camping or floor space into consideration.
My suggestion for your e-mail tomorrow would be to ask about toilets...and confirm total occupancy.
Cheers

Ok so the website where i found this place doesnt have much contact details, but i noticed in one of the photos theres a contact number and its through ljhooker. So i found this place on the ljhooker website and its actually cheaper-$140 p/n or $120 for more then 2 nights-stayz.com was $150 p/n.
I rang the number but the lady who looks after this place wasnt around, she said that this place is really quite big and has lots of space but she will get the property lady to give me a call back later this arvo.
im hoping this place is good and if we get it for $120p/n plus $10 for each extra person, it will be like around $200 a night, so $20ish each person :)

Personally,

1. I cannot make a decision this far in advance.
2. I also hate committing to something then pulling out. I actually dislike people doing that, so I refuse to do that myself.

I'll pay the price of a late decision and pay more for my room if need be.

I will probably leave VIC on Saturday early morning and aim to be there at Mid Day and stay till Sunday arvo around 1500hrs to ensure I get home before Monday.
