Had a balance and rotation.

If you purchase tyres through K-mart tyre and auto service you receive balance, rotation and blackening free every 10,000kms up to 50,000kms. Not a bad little deal, considering the tyres were cheaper than everywhere else as well :)

Stacey, I purchased KU31's (17') about 1 year ago for $160 a tyre. I'm in WA so tyres a bit more expensive than they are in the Eastern States. The Khumo centre wanted $220 a tyre.

I find them to be a reasonable tyre. There is still a fair amount of road noise there to be honest, but that may be due to a lack of noise deadening in the actual cabin. The ride itself is quite smooth, quite a few members on here are happy with them and recommend them. I don't know if they actually still manufacture them, maybe you could get them on clearance.

But my previous tyres that came on the rims I purchased (second hand) had scalloping so were very noisy, these we Sumitomo and I would not buy these as they are expensive and don't seem that greater quality.

There is a serious amount of brands out there. Seems the Nitto tyres are the new popular ones.

clay bar'd my whole bonnet which was completely covered in a few month's worth of sap spots. The rest of the car to be done over the week. Looks so much better!
