There's two different colors, depending on the type. I'm pretty sure the lancers have the green one, well that's what my lancer has.

Depends on what year the car was manufactured - just dont mix two different types else you'll get unwanted chemical reactions and unwanted problems.

(Before MY11 )
MR936572 Coolant, Pre Mix 5Lt (Green)
RRP=A$41.20+
CCJ=A$35.00
Rebate ~ A$55+

(After MY11)
MZ101075EX Coolant- Super Long Life-2L (you need 3 bottles to make 5L)
RRP=A$29.90+
CCJ=A$29.00
3 Bottles = A$87.00

there are different colours, and also the manufacturer can vary their chemical structure, It is advised NOT to mix coolants, even if they are the same colour. Just add plain water to the cooling system (preferably distilled), If the system is loosing water and requires regular top ups i suggest you have the system tested for leaks, once the coolant becomes too diluted (very lightly coloured) it is advised that the system be thoroughly flushed and new coolant added. Once you are aware of the brand of coolant used, it is allowed to top up with coolant of the same brand and colour.

Hope this is of some help :)
