And it doesn't sit lower, the rear wheel arches are just smaller.
Generally speaking avoiding scraping is just a matter of paying attention more unless you frequent a terrible carpark or have a weird driveway...
I'd either do front and back or not at all. If you want handling improvements there are other options like sway bars, strut bars and better tyres.
