Chrome Grill Surround

Howdy all,

Im looking at getting some of the silver wheel arch stuff to do my own chrome grill surround, but am unsure on what one to use.

I took note off the other thread in the DIY section, and saw what im darn sure is the same stuff but im a little unsure. The stuff i saw in the yellow and green packet, looks as if its attached to the black plastic and on an angle. Is this the right stuff??
