saturdays are fine after 2pm for me.... i take my daughter to swimming 11 > 12 then weekly shop for 1 or so hours.. i also work till 12 on sundays so im a bit of a nuisance, but ill try to stop by as i said depending on date/time

Alright guys, so after thinking about this over the long weekend this I've realised this might need a bit more organising then i envisaged.

A lot more logistics involved. Unless we decide to all bring something, Getting Meaty to help provide the food would be the best way to go. This means though we're going to need to do a cash collection.

We're also going to need Drinks, plates, cooking stuff and all that other crap for BBQ

I guess we're still not decided on a location. So Three possible locations, Jells Park, Westerfolds Park and Westgate Park

I'm going to add people who are down for Nov 17. Tell me if i miss out on you.

And guys I need some help here getting this together as I'm a bit busy lately. So help me out here! lets get the location decided!

Alright guys sorry about this. I've just been busy and sick and haven't been able to follow this up as much as I would have liked.

One of our members mother has volunteered their place for us to have a BBQ at. Which I am highly appreciative of! Currently I'm unsure of numbers and what not.

I suggest we postpone the BBQ for a bit and have it in Dec. And instead just have a meet up this weekend instead?
