lysterfield is a bit of a drive for the boys from the west IMO but its not a bad spot . botanic gardens perhaps ? street parking is fairly good as long as someone can get a burner at the place .. need a volunteer who will sit with a esky and man the bbq for any park place on weekends

As for location - to be honest I have no idea which would be a good place. We'd need a park with a good BBQ for one. And probably a sheltered table area or something as well. Big carpark too.

Theres Bundoora Park near me thats pretty big as well.

Brimbank park is huge too. If u guys dont like the place, we can go to the other park accross the road. Keilor Memorial Park :mrgreen:

LOL @ everybody complaining about distances. I know a great spot out near Mallacoota, or how about Mildura? They're both short trips and easy to do in a day

Not really complaining, more like suggesting

I reckon closer to CBD will be more acceptable for most of Victorians. We can always take the train if we cant drive hahaha
