Hi, i'm looking to put a front strut bar in the engine bay, but I've heard from friends that it's not "healthy" for the car to just have 1 strut bar. He says that the whole car should be struted up.
for those with struts installed. what are your opinions?
Thanks!

Is it enough/safe to only put 1 strut bar?

Different struts simply strengthen different parts of the chassis. There is no issue with having one or many in different places. Some do have a more noticable effect than others though.

you're not going to affect the body structure of the car at all, there a few members here running every body bracing bar possible and there has been not stressing of metal or cracking of welds. Fact is normal and spirited road driving on road tyres your not going to get enough lateral load into the car to be stressing any of the body components.
