$500 isnt bad for 2 fogs, i paid over 400 for 1 oem replacement :(

Ouch. So you reckon $500+ for install plus parts is reasonable? Because now that you mention it, I'll reconsider...

Well if you have a 2012 Activ, then you would have the same bumper as the VRX/Ralliart, hence why they say you need those fog lights and why the cheap ones off eBay won't fit....

To clarify: I got the official quote today for $665 for the fog lamps installed. Too much, I reckon, even for Ralliart. Anyway, I've posted this to the Lighting forum, didn't want to derail this topic further. :)
