Well im very keen to get a Headunit just want to know a bit more about these Dash Kits so any information would be GREAT!
Here's the cheapest i found with a wiring harness.

Can i expect better quality from other company's? or are all these kit relatively the same?
Also im not 100% sure what size Headunits thee can fit? Id assume anything up to 7" - Just want people with these kits to shed some light for me to help me out!
Thanks Everyone!

you get what you pay for.
Ive installed that exact kit - Scosche for a few members here and this is the result.
I use the Aerpro ones, my buy price is $170 and as we need them if we do a headunit upgrade, i dont put any mark up on it.
If i find one thats cheaper and fits like the Aerpro ones do, i will use them.

I have the exact one as well. Fit is not as tight as OME I took out but a little tighter than Fitter’s I think…lol But as Fitter said you get what you pay for and I think the OME from Japan is around $300. My screen is 7" and tilts forward to insert DVD no problems. I dont notice the poor fit when driving.
The only prob I had was I had to drill a couple of holes in the bracket that was in the car to get my unit to fit.

Oh, and Carl, if you check out Ryda, last I saw they still had the old aerpro one listed on their website (but they can't get it anymore).
I managed to get my newer model one at cost, because they couldn't get the old one...You won't save much over the 170 Fitter mentioned, but a little - afraid I don't have my receipt close to hand at the moment, so I can't tell you what I actually paid, but think it was about $130 (but that was with a head unit and steering wheel control adaptor)

Phil,
From what I understand, the FP997011 is just an old model, both are double DIN, and if you plan on installing single DIN, you'll need a pocket or blank plate.
Cheers
