Yeah - was a good fit...spent about 15 minutes running back and forth between the shop and the boot of the car with a tape measure before I bought it! Top to bottom it's tight, and the width leaves about 50mm to spare...

This is a little late (not technically today...more a labour of love/angst over the last couple of weeks!), but I have finally installed and tuned my new stereo: - Pioneer AVH-4450BT Headunit - JL Audio XD600/1 Monoblock Amp - JL Audio XD400/4 4 Channel Amp - Alpine SPS-610C Component Speakers (Front) - Alpine SPS-610 Coaxial Speakers (Rear) - JL Audio W3v3 sub in JL Audio Power wedge box - Aerpro Double DIN fascia and steering wheel control harness This is the first real mod I have made to the Lancer, and I was surprised at just how much easier it is to take apart than the other cars I have done previously. It was a little frustrating at times, but sounds AWESOME!!! Pics Below... That is a nice set up Tim - love the JL stuff and the W3 in the box is an awesome sounding sub. As already said - nice fit - almost looks made to measure

I have a similar setup aswell Tim, that sub is a beast! You can give yourself a nice massage in the front seats with a nice old 808 beat!

Hey Fitter, where did you measure the SPL?

Tim and Phil. I set my score at sanctioned DB drag events. Termlab meter is put on the inside of passenger side windscreen. 15" in from a pillar and 4" up from dash

Oh and I did it with 2x15" subs and 4000rms (8000w)
