Me I'd go for a nice Skyline R32/33/34 plus mods
An American classic - Pontiac GTO/Dodge Charger/GT500 Mustang/ Shelby Cobra etc or an Aussie muscle car - SLR 5000 Torana/XY HO/ Monaro - roughies but rebuildable.............

Or a 2nd hand 350Z
Now if I lived somewhere more sunny then niether as I would get a Ducati 1098
0-100 in 4.7?
is that a typo?
Its a typo alright!!!! The new WRX doesn't like to be launched hard (screaches wheels) The bigger turbo makes up for this problem, but it still can't get past 5.2 in all tests I've seen on net. Its worth buying if you like driving a 'busted nutsack'!!!!!

No That's what I have read in a few different reviews and was verified by GPS. Even at 5.2, apart from looking horrible it's still a performance bargin at under $40k.
Car
- 2008 Lightning Blue Ralliart (First delivered in AUS)
- Creatd Motorsport custom tune (186kw atw)
- 13.12 1/4 Mile (Australia's fastest Ralliart, unless someone gets upset, then it's just fast)

Just cause it's printed doesn't mean it true but this time is quoted in a few reviews. Subaru aren't going to list a time like this as to attempt it means a fair flogging of the gearbox and clutch.
Even if it is 4.7 it still can't make up for the looks

I don't think 'Car and driver' has much of a reputation when it comes to reviews.........0-60mph in 4.7 - 60 mph is aprox 96 km/hr. It will take a fraction of a second to get to 100 so prob 4.85 from their estimate. Bottom line - until we see it in person, it aint true!!!!! All You-tube vids show how it doesn't like to be launched hard, but makes up for it when the turbo kicks in. Sure, I would love that kind of performance out of my RA, but I don't think Subie would make the car that fast due to elimination of STI sales!!!! (It would only take a few minor mods to get that kind of performance though , but I still wouldn't get the spawn of a KIA/CAMRY WR-ecks!!!!!)
