rear seat trim help

i need some help putting my new seat covers in and

need to know how to remove the center fold down armrest in the back seat
i need it out and able to get it back in any help is appreciated

Do you mean pulling the seats down or fully removing them?

To pull them down there should be two black push-in buttons at the top of the seats, push them in and pull the seats down, you should be able to fit the seat covers on that way, you may need to take the head rests out first though which should just slide off.

If you want to the the whole seats out of the car I'd imagine they'd be a few size 10 socket nuts on each side, if you pull the seats down and look under the gray mat behind the seats you should see how they're mounted.

na the fold down arm rest in the middle...

i got it now theres a c clip u take out on both sides but now i dropped it inside the seat.. so im going to have to go exploring
