A while back when the Activ's first came out I did some investigation into what front bar the car used out of my own interest (as my dad liked the look of it and was wondering about it for his SX)
I did get a confirmation that it is indeed a Ralliart front bumper used on the Activs from two Dealerships. Suttons Mitsubishi Arncliffe and Alto Mitsubishi.
Suttons confirmed and here's a reference as an example of their listing on their website for one for sale, note it states "Ralliart Front Bumper"

Alto confirmed and also referred me to the Offical Mitsubishi Australia Brochures for the Lancer Activ.
As seen below they state it's a "Ralliart Front Bumper and grille".
So yes it's the Same bar, two different cars. Nuff said, end of story.
As for the foggies, yea they are expensive mate, couple of members here have unfortunately cracked theirs in the past and got a bit of a shock when given the price.
I reckon some deep read Vinyl offcuts would do well, subtle yet gives it a mean look
Check out a local sign maker shop, they might have some offcuts they could sell you.
