Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this. I had some hail damage on christmas last year. The place RACV got to fix it says they will use paintless dint removal to fix my car.
It was finally my turn to get it repaired and I took it in yesterday morning. Apparently it's been fixed and I can pick it up today.
So I was wondering if this was the normal turn around time for it... there were quite a few dents around the car... call me paranoid but i'm just a bit curious at how quick it was. I always thought it would take a bit longer to fix
also any tips on what to look out for when inspecting the car?
Thanks heaps!

Went through insurance. Initial estimates said about $2500 worth of damage. There must have been at least 20+ dents. I was too depressed to try count it all >.<
i still have to pay the excess though. so im not sure how much it is per dint Andrew. Sorry
Good news then! Thanks Adam!!!

Price per dent will depend on the size and location of the dent and the amount of disassembly required to access the panel from behind
The panel is heated from behind and massaged back to shape with special tooling, hence the paintless dent repair
After repair you should not be able to pick it
Cheers Chris.

No that was just for dent removal. Considering the going rate per dent is around $60-$70 I thought that was a reasonable price. I had dents all over my bonnet and roof, some on the boot and some on the sides of the car. They also had to replace the roof mouldings as there were dents in those as well and that was an OEM Mitsubishi part, so that added to the cost.
